My personal experience with my own parents continues to guide the way I approach my role
I have proudly served as the Life Enrichment Coordinator at The Meadows of Rockwell for the past three years. As a Certified Activity Director, I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences, encouraging engagement, and bringing joy to our residents each day. My personal experience with my own parents continues to guide the way I approach my role. I strive to make each resident’s daily life as fulfilling, comfortable, and enjoyable as I would have wanted for my own parents. I work closely with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to promote resident safety, dignity, independence, and overall quality of life

As a Secure Care Coordinator, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment where residents feel respected, valued, and cared for. I work closely with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to promote resident safety, dignity, independence, and overall quality of life. My experience in memory care has strengthened my ability to understand the unique needs of individuals living with dementia and cognitive impairment. I take pride in being a dependable leader and advocate for both residents and staff. My goal is to help create a secure care environment where safety, compassion, communication, and dignity are at the center of everything we do.
